They aren't professional architectural, engineering, construction, legal, medical, mental-health or financial advice. Talk to a qualified professional before any structural, electrical or plumbing change, and check your lease and building rules before you change a rental.
No guaranteed outcomes
We don't promise that any layout, habit, product or audit will change your health, money, luck, relationships or anything else. We work to keep our information accurate and current, but we can't guarantee it's complete or right for your home. Use your own judgment.

The floor-plan audit
Right now /book-audit is a waitlist. Nothing is sold or charged, and there's no file upload. Joining the waitlist doesn't commit you, or us, to a purchase. The planned prices (Apartment $49, House $79) are shown so you know the scale, and they may change before launch. When checkout opens, payment will be required before a PDF is made. What's delivered, how it's delivered and the refund terms will be shown at checkout and added to this page.
The audit is a written educational PDF. It isn't a building inspection, survey, engineering review or architectural service, and it doesn't guarantee any outcome.
What you send us
If you send us a listing link, floor plan, sketch or note, you confirm you have the right to share it. We use it only to reply to you or to prepare what you asked for. Please don't email sensitive information such as ID numbers or payment details.
Content ownership
The text, design and images on this site are owned or licensed by TVH79 LLC. You're welcome to share links and quote short passages with credit. Please don't copy whole pages. Product and brand names belong to their owners.

Links to other websites, including Amazon, are for convenience. We don't control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is."
