Vastu for a studio, in short
A studio can’t follow a whole-house grid, and it doesn’t need to. Get the bed off the beam, light the door, keep the stove and sink apart, and keep one clear place to sit.

ClassicalThe old house manual says not to sleep under a beam (Brihat Samhita 53.124). That’s the line you can act on. A temple grid will not fit a three-metre width.

Bed, desk and stove in one room
Living practiceMany people keep the bed out of a straight line with the front door. We found no verse for it; it’s a privacy and comfort habit, and it’s fine to follow if the room allows.
Living practiceGive sleep its own zone, away from the stove. A curtain, a bookcase, or a lamp that’s only on at night can mark it. If you work at home, put the desk at the window, not on the bed.
This is about routine and comfort, nothing more.
